About the Role We’re now hiring a dynamic Head of Sales to lead UK (Field-based) growth across retail, trade and online channels.
Responsibilities Own and deliver the UK sales strategy
Lead growth across retailers, garden centre groups, distributors, and online partners
Drive performance through digital sales channels and e-commerce platforms
Develop new business opportunities and build strong long-term customer relationships
Forecast, manage budgets, and report to the European leadership team
Build and coach a high-performing UK sales team as the business expands
Required Skills Senior sales leader in consumer goods, outdoor living, home & garden, or similar
Experience working with both major retailers and online/e-commerce accounts
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Confident working in a fast-moving, growing business
Energetic, strategic, and hands-on
Preferred Skills Experience in BBQs, outdoor kitchens, or outdoor leisure is a bonus but not essential.
