We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance, and death in service.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Payroll Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll data entry, and resolve queries
* Purchase Order Management: Create and track Pos, monitor deliveries, and maintain supplier records
* General Administration: Handle calls, emails, reports, and support other departments
* Facilities Coordination: Manage office maintenance, supplies, and health & safety compliance
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in admin or operational support roles
* Knowledge of payroll and purchase order systems
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Due to the nature of our business you must be able to obtain SC Level Security Clearance!
