About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Cruden Homes as a supporting Sales Advisor. The role provides a determined individual with the chance to develop skills and experience, all whilst making a real difference in one of the most exciting journeys in people’s lives. You will be part of a small but dynamic sales team across the Central Belt of Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support Sales Advisors across multiple developments in locations across Central Scotland.
2. Assist with new development launches and events and provide double or holiday cover as required.
3. Provide administrative support.
4. Host show home visits and ensure excellent presentation of developments.
5. Provide outstanding customer service.
6. Use Salesforce CRM daily to record activity and assist in sales progression.
7. Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
8. Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.
Desired Attributes
9. No prior experience in property sales is necessary, although beneficial.
10. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
11. Outstanding people skills and confidence.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication.
13. Positive and self-motivated.
14. Resilient and organised.
15. Good attention to detail.
16. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as standard.
17. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
18. Confident in use of Microsoft packages.
