* Support physical security across operational sites
* Manage training and authorisation of dispatch operators
* Own converter station operating budgets and reporting
* Review and contribute to safety, environmental, and emergency plans
What You Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in HVDC, interconnectors, wind farms, TSOs, or power generation
* Strong track record managing technical contractors in high-voltage environments
* Understanding of HVDC regulatory frameworks and grid codes (GB/France beneficial)
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Collaborative, proactive, and commercially aware
* Fluent in English; French is a plus
* Willingness to travel regularly between London, Folkestone, and Calais
Why This Role?
You’ll be at the heart of a major European energy link, shaping asset performance, influencing operational strategy, and working with cutting-edge HVDC technology.
