Were working with an independent, customer focused Property Management company along the south coast who are looking to hire an additional Service Charge Accounts Assistant as follows:
Based close to Newhaven, working 4 days office based and 1 day from home (Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm)
Working within the wider accounts team assisting with leasehold property related service charge matters
Specific duties will include answering resident queries, issuing service charge demands, loading budgets onto the inhouse system, assisting with year ends, preparing reports, logging invoices and checking banks for payments in/out
Good general IT awareness is required, experience of SAGE would be beneficial.
Suitable Accounts Assistants will come from a property accounting background with a good general understanding of Service Charges / Leasehold Flats
In addition to a basic salary up to £30k to start the successful Accounts Assistant can expect 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down), Laptop for home working, Private Pension (after probation) and Private Healthcare (after probation).
