Enterprise Account Executive - Retail & Consumer Goods 12 Month Contract | Daily Rate £550-650pd inside IR35 Quarterly Commission Hybrid working - London / Customer Sites (3 days per week) We are supporting a global technology organisation in the search for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join a high-performing Transformation Sales team focused on some of the largest and most strategic Retail and Consumer Goods organisations in the market. This is a unique opportunity to inherit established executive relationships, drive significant growth opportunities and lead complex, multi-million-pound transformation programmes centred around AI, digital transformation and enterprise software solutions. Joining a specialist team responsible for a portfolio of the organisation's most strategically important customers, you'll take end-to-end ownership of a small number of large enterprise accounts, helping customers maximise value from existing investments whilst identifying and developing new growth opportunities. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across customer organisations, engaging regularly with C-suite executives and transformation leaders to shape long-term business strategies and technology roadmaps. Supported by Customer Success, Enterprise Architecture, Marketing and Digital Strategy teams, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening executive relationships and leading complex sales engagements from opportunity identification through to close. Key Responsibilities Own and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts within the Retail and Consumer Goods sector. Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders. Drive new revenue growth through strategic account planning and opportunity development. Lead complex, multi-year, multi-million-pound enterprise software sales engagements. Develop compelling value propositions and business cases aligned to customer transformation objectives. Facilitate executive workshops and strategic business discussions. Drive account growth through consultative and solution-led selling approaches. Partner closely with consulting and partner organisations to maximise customer outcomes. Create and execute account strategies that deliver long-term value and revenue growth. What We're Looking For 5 years' experience in Enterprise Software Sales or Strategic Account Management. Strong track record of selling complex SaaS or enterprise technology solutions. Experience managing large, global enterprise customers. Demonstrable success securing multi-million-pound, multi-year contracts. Experience engaging with C-suite, VP and senior executive stakeholders. Proven ability to exceed revenue and sales targets. Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to operate within complex matrix environments and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders.
