About The Role
As our Senior Early Years Educator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn.
Working closely with teachers, leaders and families, you will:
* Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging EYFS learning experiences indoors and outdoors
* Create high-quality interactions through play that support children's physical, social, emotional and intellectual development
* Lead aspects of provision and contribute to the development of stimulating learning environments, including outdoor learning
* Act as a key worker for a group of children, observing, assessing and planning next steps in learning
* Support children's emotional wellbeing through positive behaviour strategies and emotional coaching approaches
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistently high-quality provision
* Support and mentor colleagues, students and trainees, modelling excellent early years practice
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external professionals to secure the very best outcomes for children
* Contribute fully to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children

Application Details
* Salary: £23,437 – £25,460 per annum (pro rata) Band H 14-17
* Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm - term time only + 1 week (ie 39 weeks).
