Salary: Up to £39,142.63 per annum, with potential to rise to £41,948 based on length of service.

What We Are Looking For
We are excited to welcome a Senior/Supervising Social Worker to our friendly and dynamic team, working with foster carers in the West Midlands and surrounding areas. Your role will include:
* Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of foster carers to ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.

About You
* You are an enthusiastic and committed self-starter, capable of working independently while maintaining strong communication with team members and carers.
* Excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with good IT skills for high-quality report writing.
* You must be a qualified Social Worker with current HCPC registration. While recent experience in fostering and services for children is desirable, we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
* A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding is crucial.
* We seek innovative applicants who share our creative vision, whether you're new to fostering or an experienced supervising social worker.
Working Conditions and Benefits
This is a full-time, permanent position that is home-based, offering a competitive starting salary of up to £39,142.63 (dependent on experience), along with a car allowance or company car.
