What you’ll be doing
*
Managing and motivating your team to increase service levels and ensure efficiency
*
Overseeing warehouse and customer service operations, making sure KPIs are met and exceeded
*
Driving stock management, stock takes, and implementing improvements where needed
*
Working with logistics partners (own fleet and external hauliers) to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries
*
Supporting and coaching your team to deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales opportunities
*
Ensuring health & safety standards are met, with compliance at the heart of everything you do
What we’re looking for
*
2–4 years’ management experience in distribution, logistics, automotive aftermarket (AAG, GSF, LKQ, MPD etc) or a related environment
*
Proven ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and deliver results
*
Strong background in warehouse management systems (WMS), stock control, and KPI-driven performance
*
Experience of change management or digital transformation would be a real advantage
*
A customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
