Role Description
This is a full-time Developer role, based in Market Harborough, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities, making it a hybrid position. As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software solutions that align with client needs. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, efficient code, debugging and testing applications, collaborating with team members to define project requirements, implementing feature enhancements, and ensuring system performance and scalability. You will play a key role in bringing technology-driven innovations to life and working closely with AI.
Qualifications
* Experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular
* Knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL or MongoDB
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred
