Facilities Manager Kent An established firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices in Kent and Central London is seeking a Junior Facilities Manager to join its growing Property Management team. Following a strategic shift towards Asset & Property Management, the business is expanding and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their FM career with the support of senior, experienced professionals. This role would suit a Facilities Coordinator, Assistant FM or Junior Facilities Manager ready to take the next step. The Role Supporting a Senior Facilities Manager and Surveyors, you will assist in delivering high standards of customer service, Health & Safety compliance and facilities management across a multi-site commercial portfolio. Key duties include: Monitoring hard and soft services and contractor performance (KPIs). Managing minor works and planned preventative maintenance. Conducting regular site inspections and health & safety checks. Liaising with occupiers and service providers. Supporting service charge budget management. Ensuring accurate property records and compliance documentation. About You Minimum 2 years FM experience. Knowledge of landlord and tenant relationships in commercial property. IOSH Managing Safely (or working towards). Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.
