What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and deploying machine learning and LLM-powered applications that deliver meaningful financial insights
* Building features end-to-end, collaborating closely with product and design teams to bring ideas to life quickly
* Developing AI-driven tools for forecasting, optimisation, and decision support
* Ensuring models are transparent and explainable so users can trust and understand outputs
* Implementing safeguards and validation mechanisms to maintain accuracy in sensitive financial scenarios
* Continuously iterating on models and systems to improve performance and user value
Main Skills Needed
* Strong background in machine learning, NLP, or large language models
* Hands‑on experience with Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
* Experience working with APIs such as OpenAI or similar platforms
* Solid understanding of classification and time series modelling
* Ability to build and ship solutions across the full product lifecycle
* A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to take ownership
