About the Role
As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live happy, comfortable, and fulfilling lives by:
* Providing high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
* Supporting residents with daily living activities
* Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
* Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
* Assisting with activities and social engagement
* Working collaboratively as part of a supportive care team
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
