At Quick Staff UK, we do things differently. We're looking for a seasoned temp recruiter to join our Caerphilly HQ — someone who knows how to run a fast-paced temp desk, thrives under pressure, and is hungry to earn.
If you've the drive, the contacts, and the know-how, we'll provide you with the tools, freedom, and support to take things to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Running your own 360 temporary desk – candidate sourcing, client development, shift booking
* Managing client requirements and filling bookings at speed
* Handling all aspects of compliance and worker onboarding
* Developing new client relationships in your sector (with full support)
* Working towards weekly GP and activity targets (and being well rewarded for it)
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in temporary recruitment
* Confidence dealing with high-volume, fast-turnaround roles
* Local client knowledge or an active network in sectors like industrial, warehouse, logistics or similar
* Resilience, urgency, and strong admin/compliance discipline
* A proactive mindset – we’ll back you, but you’ll own your desk
