Job Overview:
Leading Airline Group is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to lead the delivery of Release 2 of its Oracle Fusion HCM transformation programme. This role will drive end-to-end implementation of multiple HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives,ernance, and operational readiness in aplex enterprise environment.

2. Daily Rate:petitive (Inside IR35)
3. Contract Length: Sep 2027
4. Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
5. Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Release 2 implementation across all workstreams
6. Manage project scope, timelines, budget, RAID logs, andernance reporting
7. Oversee deployment of Performance, Talent, Learning, and HR Help Desk modules
8. Coordinate testing phases including SIT, UAT, and business validation
9. Ensure successful data migration, integrations, and security alignment
10. Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, PMO, and third-party vendors
11. Drive business readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support
Key Requirements
12. Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM programmes or releases
13. Strong knowledge of Performance, Talent, Learning, and HR Help Desk modules
14. Expertise in enterprise programme delivery,ernance, and RAID management
15. Experience managing system integrators and offshore delivery teams
16. Strong understanding of testing, data migration, and release management
17. Excellent stakeholder engagement and executivemunication skills
