About the role: As Brand Manager for London Essence at Carlsberg Britvic, you will support the development and execution of our annual operating plan and own the development and execution of our brand activation calendar with key customers. This role requires a highly driven individual with a passion for social drinks, capable of inspiring key stakeholders, creating breakthrough plans and ensuring cohesive brand messaging and creative execution in market. Role Responsibilities: Brand Planning: Support the Senior Brand Manager for London Essence to develop inspiring brand plans and execute our annual operating plan in market, implementing growth strategies across our range of premium mixers. Customer Activation: Translate the AOP into exciting brand activation calendars and customer marketing plans, leading from development through to implementation in partnership with account leads, customer media/marketing teams and relevant spirit partner brands. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support marketing, commercial and category counterparts to inspire key internal and external stakeholders by championing London Essence’s vision and momentum to building excitement and commitment to brand plans. Partnerships lead (activation): Establish strong, collaborative relationships with our key brand partners to co-create scale partnership executions and seize new opportunities in channel. Experience and Key Attributes: FMCG brand activation experience, ideally with premium brands. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration. Strong presentation skills, delivering clear and compelling narratives to key stakeholders. High levels of drive and ownership, with the ability to act with agility and cut through complexity in a fast-paced environment.
