A Stunning, highly acclaimed multi award winning Gastro Pub with rooms is seeking a high quality restaurant manager to work closely with the hands on owners in a picturesque Town on the border of the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District
As
Restaurant manager
you will work closely with the owners and the team and run the day to day operations of the 70 cover pub and restaurant .
The Restaurant manager
duties will include running shifts, staff management, training, stock control and ordering, Also Wine pairings will be a key part of this role so
good wine knowledge is essential.
For this role
,
you will have supervisory /Managerial experience within a award winning / rosette awarded quality restaurant, Pub, hotel .
A stable Cv is a must

role Is a full time, permanent role with a good mix of shifts and 45 hours a week .
