Senior Quantity Surveyor - Capital Works | Newport £55,000-£65,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, Private Healthcare, 25 Days' Leave + Bank Holidays I am currently working in partnership with a leading UK main contractor and supporting them with their search for a commercially astute and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering a major capital works project in Newport, South Wales. This is a pivotal commercial leadership role on a high-value, bespoke infrastructure scheme, offering long-term security and excellent career prospects. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, technically challenging projects across the UK. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full end-to-end commercial responsibility for the project, acting as the commercial lead and primary interface with the client and supply chain. The role will be site-based three days per week, with flexibility for the remaining time.
