We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Water Efficiency Technician to join their growing team in the North West. The Role
As a Water Efficiency Technician, you will visit customers homes to:
Install light-touch water-saving devices .
Carry out Home Water MOTs, including meter readings, leak checks, and flow rate testing.
Detect and repair minor leaks within your training remit.
Provide tailored advice to customers on saving water and reducing bills.
Manage your daily appointments using a mobile/CRM system.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while following Health & Safety guidelines.
Youll have the autonomy to manage your own workload, supported by a dedicated supervisor and project team, with clear targets and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
Hands-on and practical, with experience in basic household repairs, maintenance, or DIY.
Comfortable using hand tools and carrying out small repair jobs.
Customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a professional manner.
Organised and proactive, able to manage appointments and meet targets.
Safety-conscious, with a positive, can-do attitude.
Essential Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
Ability to pass (or already hold) a clear DBS check.
Previous experience in property maintenance, plumbing, or water efficiency is beneficial but not essential full training will be provided.
