We’re looking for an ambitious and strategic Head of ParcelShop to lead the growth and performance of Evri’s Out of Home (OOH) network - spanning 10,+ shops and a growing estate of lockers. This is a high-impact leadership role, where you’ll define our long-term OOH strategy, develop new propositions and lead a team responsible for our independent shops, corporate partnerships, and locker operations.

1. Set the long-term OOH strategy aligned to Evri’s five-year plan.
2. Join up Locker and Shop strategies to deliver a unified, customer-first experience.
3. Use data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and remove barriers to growth.
4. Lead three teams: Network Development, ParcelShop Admin, and the field-based Network Team.
5. Manage day-to-day relationships with independent shops, corporate partners, and Post Office branches.
6. Oversee the expansion of our locker estate, including identifying new locations and partnerships.
7. Own and manage the OOH P&L, including cost efficiencies, consumables, and handling fees.
8. Oversee systems and processes for compliance, performance tracking, and payment.
9. Collaborate across IT, Product, Sales, and eCommerce to deliver the OOH roadmap.
10. Drive change at pace while managing risk and ensuring minimal disruption to the network.
11. Lead new service development and capacity planning to meet future demand.
12. Inspire and lead a large, dispersed team with clear goals, support, and direction.

13. Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, STEM) preferred.
14. Proven track record in logistics or parcel delivery, with deep understanding of OOH or Carrier operations.
15. Strong financial and budget management skills.
16. Demonstrated success in strategic design and implementation.
17. Experience in managing change, large-scale programmes, and C-suite stakeholder engagement.
18. Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience leading large, cross-functional and remote teams across national networks.
19. Commercially focused with a constant drive for performance improvement.
