Rotating Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm | 2:45pm-11:15pm
Are you organised, hands-on, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Pre-Delivery Assistant Supervisor to help lead our Distribution team and make sure customer orders are ready, accurate, and delivered in perfect condition.
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing finished goods for next-day deliveries and collections
* Checking products for quality, damage, and completeness
* Loading and organising orders, crates, and racks
* Supporting drivers and customers with loading and collections
* Helping supervise the team and step in when needed
* Assisting with training, health & safety, and daily team coordination
* Communicating with the office and resolving any issues or missing items
What we're looking for:
* A reliable, organised team player with great attention to detail
* Confident communicating with colleagues, drivers, and office staff
* Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving approach
* Comfortable using basic computer systems (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Previous experience supervising or coordinating staff is a bonus
