From moderating online learning environments to invigilating exams and upholding compliance standards, you will be a key player in delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting learners and tutors on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
* Troubleshooting access and technical issues.
* Invigilating exams both remotely and in person (classroom).
* Ensuring awarding body protocols and internal standards are met.
* Performing quality assurance checks and tracking learner progress.
* Collaborating with tutors, customer operations, and awarding organisations.
* Providing top-tier customer service via phone, email, and LMS systems.
This role requires adhoc travel across the UK to attend training sessions and in person exam moderation. A valid UK driving licence is a must, and we are ideally looking for someone based in Scotland.
Requirements
* Sharp organisational and administration skills.
* Strong communication, tech confidence, and a can-do attitude.
* Experience with LMS/VLE platforms and Microsoft 365.
* Understanding of exam invigilation, awarding body requirements, or quality assurance (ideal but not essential).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
