An SEN school based in Poole is currently seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. The school caters for secondary aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD. It offers academic and vocational specialist learning across KS3, KS4, and Post 16, aiming to reduce barriers and enable successful learning outcomes.
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
1. Support teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
2. Assist students individually and in small groups.
3. Help create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment.
4. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
5. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers.

What We’re Looking For
