Temporary Customer Service Administrator - 7 DAY ROTA BASIS

Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Rota basis of 5 days out of 7, including weekends (35 to 40 hours per week)
About the Role: Our client, a well established and fast paced organisation, is currently looking to recruit a Temporary Customer Service Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer interaction with administrative responsibilities. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for customers, while also supporting the wider team with important post-sale and operational admin tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting handover appointments with customers
2. Processing and invoicing completed sales accurately
3. Carrying out occasional post office runs to support business needs
4. Supporting with a range of post sale administrative tasks and customer case follow ups
5. Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the process
About You
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills
7. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, administrative environment
9. Flexible and able to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends
10. Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
