Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Mission Boost online visibility, interaction, and credibility through the fusion of marketing technology, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and social media strategy. Convert industry expertise into digital influence and measurable progress on all platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement global digital marketing and social engagement strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives. Develop and put into place an AEO framework to guarantee our content is visible, accurate, and adopted within search and answer engines. Lead sophisticated technical content into clear, engaging, and searchable digital assets across web, social, and community platforms. Initiate and refine AI-informed campaigns that improve brand engagement, and lead generation. Use data, analytics, and customer insights to guide targeting, creative direction, and engagement models. Partner with internal marketing, product, and regional teams to align tone, message, and execution across all digital initiatives. Supervise digital trends in AI, search, and social algorithms to keep the division at the forefront of discoverability and engagement innovation. Set benchmarks, supervise performance, and convey measurable impact to leadership. Profile & Skills 7 years in digital marketing or social strategy, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment. Proven expertise in SEO/AEO, social media strategy, and digital campaign execution. Familiarity with AI-based marketing, social listening, and analytics tools. Strong analytical approach, capable of translating insights into actionable strategy. Excellent cross-functional communication in global and matrixed settings. Strategic problem solver with operational drive. Impact Metrics Growth in organic visibility across AI and traditional search. Increased social engagement and content adoption in AI-curated feeds. Contribution of digital programs to qualified lead generation and pipeline. Acceleration of AI-enabled campaign delivery and optimization.
