Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.21 - £16.59 per hour (dependent on experience)
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
* Friday: 07:30 - 12:30

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and clean moulds
* Prepare chopped strand mat and other reinforcing materials
* Apply gel coat to moulds
* Lay up materials with resin
* Read and interpret drawings and manufacturing specifications
What We're Looking For:
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
* Strong team player with a positive attitude
* Capable of adapting to changing work demands
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Own transport due to location
* Manufacturing experience (1 year preferred)
* Full UK Driving Licence required
