 
        What's involved with this role: Administrative Assistant JM RQ1629378 Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 37 (9am - 5pm Mon-Fri) Contract Length: 2 months Location: Watford - this role is full remote/homebased Our client is seeking an efficient, customer-focused administrative assistant that supports the Learning & Development strategy—enabling our client to meet key objectives and KPIs. Candidates must have experience in administration, minute taking, managing events, delegate books and course administration as well as experience of Oracle Learn or similar LMS platforms Responsibilities: Learning Management System ( Oracle Learn ) Manage learning events, delegate bookings, and course administration. Maintain accurate training records and update the system promptly. Support reporting and data extraction to monitor engagement and performance. Administrative Support Provide full administrative support including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking. Manage correspondence (written, verbal, and electronic) professionally. Conduct desktop research to support reporting and management responses. Customer Service & Communications Act as the first point of contact for learning enquiries and bookings. Deliver a professional front-of-house service for internal and external stakeholders. Support digital communications to promote a strong learning culture. Data & Financial Management Maintain and develop management information systems for accurate tracking. Process financial data including invoices, POs, petty cash, card payments, and P-card transactions. Contribute to income and expenditure reporting through corporate systems. Digital Proficiency Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Create high-quality written and financial reports consistent with organisational standards. Essentials: Strong working knowledge of Oracle Learn or similar LMS platforms. Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within Learning & Development. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in managing data and producing accurate reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital systems. We will also add your details to our mail out lists.
