Support the store team to provide an excellent retail experience and achieve store performance targets. Assist in training and developing store colleagues, ensuring compliance with standards, and maximizing store space and promotions.
Training and Development
Complete the Store Management Induction within the first 6 weeks via our online platform, supported by your Store Manager and Training Team. The induction is a blended approach, primarily on the shop floor. Post-induction, ongoing development continues in-store.
