£11.92 to £14.17 per hour - 42 hours a week
Full Time and Part Time positions available, with shifts from 8am-8:30pm or 8pm-8:30am

Role Details
We are recruiting Children Support Workers for one of our residential children’s homes in Wisbech.
The workday can be unpredictable, involving duties such as organizing activities and attending parental appointments. We seek flexible, reliable, and adaptable individuals who can read situations well to help our young people make positive choices.
Work involves:
Working on a rota basis (average hours per month) and sleep-ins depending on the home's size
Meeting the needs of Children and Young People in line with OFSTED regulations
Organizing and facilitating social activities outside of school
Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping, etc.)
Attending and participating in team meetings
Qualifications, Experience, and Requirements
While experience with children or in health and social care is beneficial, it is not essential. We value life skills and are committed to providing full training and support.
