About the role
* Lead the delivery of complex international change programmes, ensuring pace, quality and impact.
* Manage and develop a team of Programme Managers to deliver multiple concurrent initiatives.
* Shape and prioritise strategic change, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
* Own programme governance, ensuring clear milestones, reporting and benefit tracking.
* Collaborate with technology and external partners to deliver system and process change.
* Develop robust business cases and ensure programmes deliver strong commercial returns.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and high performance across the team.
About you
* Proven senior leadership experience delivering complex programmes or transformation initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and partners.
* Experience managing teams and building high‑performing delivery capability.
* Commercially astute, with the ability to link programmes to business value and outcomes.
* Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
* Strong understanding of change governance, reporting and programme delivery frameworks.
* Collaborative and forward‑thinking, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
