About the Role
We have a fantastic new opportunity as a Customer Inclusion Business Partner in our Customer Inclusion & Insight Team. You will receive an excellent salary of £34,193.57.
As our Customer Inclusion Business Partner, you'll ensure customer views shape services, policies, and decisions in line with regulatory standards and our charter.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Influence: Coordinate inclusive engagement models, facilitate customer involvement in co-design and scrutiny, and promote participation among diverse groups.
2. Customer Insight & Data Analysis: Gather and interpret customer data to inform service improvements and policy development.
3. Equality, Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure accessible involvement opportunities, promote best practices, and conduct impact assessments.
4. Internal and External Collaboration: Build relationships internally and with external bodies to embed customer influence and explore funding opportunities.
5. Awareness & Training: Develop campaigns and training to raise awareness of customer influence initiatives.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
1. Experience in customer influence, engagement strategies, and co-design initiatives.
2. Knowledge of EDI best practices and ensuring diversity and accessibility.
3. Experience in data collection, analysis, and using insights to inform policies.
4. Experience within housing, community engagement, or public sectors.
5. Familiarity with digital engagement platforms and funding mechanisms.
