About the role
We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and act as the key point of contact for our clients. Youll be responsible for managing the customer journey post-sale supporting onboarding, keeping clients updated on delivery, troubleshooting issues, and working on renewals and upsells.
Your goal will be to ensure customers receive an excellent service experience, build long-term trusted relationships, and help us grow the business.

1. Manage relationships with 20-40 clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
2. Understand customer needs and objectives, acting as their advocate within the business.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products and services are delivered on time.
4. Act as the main link between customers and internal departments such as Professional Services.
5. Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, keeping customers informed throughout.
6. Play an active role in renewals and upsells, helping to create long-lasting client partnerships.
