This company is in a great location with attractive luxury offices. This is a full time permanent position. Hours of work is Monday – Friday 8-5 with an hour for lunch. Salary is circa £29k. Your new role As Sales Support Administrator you will provide support to sales rep portfolio of customers in NI, ROI & GB. Duties include: Providing administration support to sales reps Phoning loyal customers to generate repeat orders Taking customers orders and processing customer orders onto computer system Answer queries from customers in relation to products, pricing, deliveries, availability of product. Liaise with customers in relation to product specs. Inform rep of any issues relating to customer accounts, potential product lines that could be introduced. Identify potential new customers for rep to follow up.
