Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a passion for outstanding service, creating memorable experiences for our customers. Our team members develop product knowledge and jewellery expertise to assist customers effectively.
As a dedicated team member, you'll play a key role in helping the store meet sales targets and maintain performance. You'll build your knowledge as new products are introduced to handle customer inquiries confidently.
As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture, and customers. We embrace individual personalities with a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code that encourages personal style, including tattoos and piercings.
Your background
You should have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences. While jewellery experience isn't mandatory, an interest in jewellery products and brands is beneficial. A positive attitude and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers are essential.
