This role offers a base pay range that will be determined by your skills and experience.
Role Overview
As a Planned Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the efficient and effective repair and maintenance of plant, equipment, and machinery. You will work to a high standard while constantly adhering to company and health and safety policy.
Key Responsibilities
* Adhere to Health and Safety and Company policy and procedure at all times.
* Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance to maximise overall machine efficiency.
* Contribute to implementing new working methods and actively take part in continuous improvement.
* Effectively prioritise workload to maintain plant and equipment to a high standard.
* Ensure consistency in quality of work across the various lines.
* Analytically fault‑find and troubleshoot issues.
* Ensure smooth changeovers/handovers between shifts.
* Understand company performance measurements.
* Perform any other duty that can be reasonably expected.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in Industrial Maintenance or a similar role.
* Relevant qualification (MOET/C&G/BTEC).
* Multiskilled – electrical or mechanical bias.
* Industrial Hydraulics experience.
* Understanding of PLC controls.
* Understanding of chilled process/AC.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and multitask.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good IT skills.
* Must possess a valid UK Driving Licence.
Location and Work Arrangements
4 on, 4 off working days only from 07:00‑19:00. Location: Horncastle, England, United Kingdom.
