The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to launch their career in operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a permanent member of our operations team, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency across production processes, supporting planning and scheduling, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in operational management while helping us deliver high-quality products and maintain our reputation for excellence.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist in coordinating daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
* Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
* Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare reports for management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
* Maintain accurate documentation and records for operational processes


What You’ll Learn

* Develop a strong understanding of food manufacturing operations and supply chain processes
* Gain experience in production planning and resource management
* Learn about lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
* Understand the impact of operational decisions on business performance
* Build communication and leadership skills through collaboration with diverse teams


Qualifications

* A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline—such as Operations Management, Business Management, or business food management, —with a minimum classification of 2:2 (or equivalent)
* Strong interest in manufacturing operations and process improvement
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
* Effective communicator and team player
