Position Overview
The school seeks a motivated HLTA with excellent classroom management skills for a long-term role, leading to a permanent position for the right candidate. The role involves working in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), supporting students in achieving their learning goals and implementing schemes of learning.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience supporting a range of subjects up to KS1 and KS2
* Strong classroom management skills
* Experience supporting SEND students
