We are seeking a well-organised and approachable Administrator to support the smooth running of our dementia care home. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and families, and play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks that help ensure high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a warm and professional front-of-house service for residents, families, and visitors.
2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
3. Maintain accurate records, including resident files, staff rotas, and care documentation.
4. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training administration.
5. Assist with invoicing, payroll, and ordering supplies.
6. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
Requirements:
7. Previous administrative experience, ideally in a care or healthcare setting.
8. Strong IT and organisational skills.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
10. Discretion, reliability, and a compassionate approach.
