The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for all IT support inquiries, providing comprehensive support across the company.
* Configure and install hardware and software for business operations, including PCs, Macs, printers, mobile devices (iPads/iPhones), point-of-sale systems, Avast antivirus, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Oversee the management of Google Workspace.
* Assist in the implementation of new technologies.
* Adhere to procedures for onboarding and offboarding employees.
* Maintain an up-to-date help desk.
* Document IT solutions and log them in the IT Knowledge Base.
* Conduct regular stock checks and manage ordering.
* Own tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution.
Your Profile
