As an Automotive Workshop Controller, you will oversee the smooth operation of the service department, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, and customers to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
* Allocate and prioritise jobs for Vehicle Technicians.
* Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
* Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and additional services.
* Ensure workshop processes comply with franchise standards and safety regulations.
* Oversee stock levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
* Monitor workshop performance and identify areas for improvement.
What Our Client is Looking For:
* Experience in a workshop or service department, ideally within a dealership or automotive environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is an advantage.
