The Role Our client is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to focus on the Renewables sector within the Asset Reliability division. This role is ideal for someone with experience or strong interest in Wind, Oil, and Gas, both onshore and offshore, and a background in delivering strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage long-term client and channel relationships within the Renewables (Wind, Oil, Gas) sectors.
Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, regions, and projects.
Lead the preparation of technical bids and commercial proposals, ensuring profitability and high standards.
Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless project handover and learning from past projects.
Contribute to the development and execution of the wider business development strategy.
Collaborate across teams (Operations, Product Development, Software) to cost and scope technical projects.
Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals.
Ensure all proposals meet internal quality and technical assurance standards.
Whats on Offer Base salary from £45,000 depending on experience (OTE from £52,900)

About You Degree in Engineering or equivalent (preferably with Chartered or Incorporated status)
Background in load monitoring, engineering or technical solutions (desirable)
Experience in UK Renewables - especially Wind, Oil and Gas - highly desirable
Strong communication, teamwork and commercial awareness
Confident using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Full UK driving licence required
