The Role: HR Advisor and People and Culture Executive for Creative BusinessSalary: £32000 a year Birmingham City Centre 4 days in office, 1 day at home, full time, permanentThe Responsibilities Sitting within the shared service centre team, this role is focuses on the below duties: -Case management of a range of HR and ER cases -Advise on internally policies -Leading on ER cases such as probation process, absence management, dismissals, requests internally, capabilities etc -Looking at employee relations projects -Maintaining the Visa and Right to Work to process -Occupational health referrals -Policy enquires -Assisting with exit interviews -Liaising on offboarding and pre-employment screeningThe Experience For this role you would need previous HR advisory experience with exposure to ER and case management alongside other generalist duties.If you have any queries about the role contact Katie on 0121_633_4443.
