Are you an enthusiastic and committed Languages teacher looking for a flexible opportunity this term?
Quokka Education is currently supporting a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Basingstoke, looking for MFL cover from June 1st to July 17th.
The role will mainly involve teaching French, with possibly some German.
The timetable would be:
Blue Week – Tuesday to Friday
Red Week – Monday to Friday
This could work particularly well for someone looking for shorter-term supply work, as Year 11 students are now coming off timetable for their GCSE exams, which is naturally beginning to reduce timetables in some schools.
There is no planning or marking involved - the role will simply involve delivering pre-set lessons and keeping students engaged in the classroom.
