The Clinical Support Worker will work under the supervision of the Specialist Registered Nurse for Mental Health (RMN) to provide enhanced care for patients with mental health needs or cognitive impairment.

Responsibilities
* Supporting patients with cognitive impairment or mental health needs whilst in hospital.
* Providing enhanced care observations.
* Working collaboratively with acute health care teams to ensure patients' needs are met.
