Zachary Daniels is partnering with a prominent retailer to recruit a skilled HR Business Partner to support one of their busy Distribution Centres. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the people strategy within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The Role
As HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in championing the people agenda across the site. You will:
* Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and senior leaders
* Coach and support leadership teams, providing challenge and guidance where needed
* Handle day-to-day HR issues with professionalism and efficiency
* Advise on all aspects of performance, employee relations, and talent management
* Support and drive business-wide change initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a commercially astute HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have:
* Previous experience as a HR Generalist, preferably within retail or a similarly dynamic sector
* Strong background in employee relations and stakeholder management
* CIPD qualification (preferred, not essential)
* Proven experience working across corporate or head office functions
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
* Excellent influencing and communication skills
* A solutions-focused approach with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* A passion for embedding values and culture across teams

* Competitive base salary up to £50,000 per annum + Car allowance
