We're partnering with an Ipswich school that believes every child can shine. They're looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and make a real difference every day. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning differences. Whether it's one-to-one support, small group work, or helping in the classroom, you'll be helping children feel confident, included, and ready to learn.
You'll be supported at every step by experienced teachers, the SENCO, and school leaders, so you can focus on what matters most: inspiring and supporting children.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting pupils with SEN in ways that suit their individual needs
Working 1:1, in small groups, or alongside the class teacher
Helping pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, and confidence
Contributing to a welcoming, inclusive, and positive classroom
Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
