Senior Associate – Advisory Network
London, UK | Full-time | Hybrid (3–4 days in office)

On behalf of our client, an Advisory Network that connects energy and commodities clients with expert advisors, we are seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support investment, consulting, and corporate clients across the energy and resources sectors.
Role overview
As a Senior Associate, you will manage the full lifecycle of client engagements—from understanding client needs to sourcing the right advisors and ensuring seamless project delivery. You will play a key role in building and strengthening their advisor network, while driving client success and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key responsibilities
* Manage projects end-to-end: interpret client briefs, source and vet advisors, and oversee engagements.
* Build strong relationships with clients and advisors, ensuring high-quality service and trust.
* Research and expand their advisor network across energy and natural resources.
* Maintain up-to-date sector knowledge and support business development initiatives.
* Ensure operational excellence across scheduling, billing, and reporting processes.
About you
* 2+ years’ experience ideally in consulting, investment, or corporate advisory settings.
* Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with senior stakeholders.
* Research-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
* Interest in the energy and resources sector; additional languages are a plus.
