As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a Store Operations Manager.
In this role you will be a key member of the store senior management team and will report to the Store Manager.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will be a dedicated and experienced Store Operations Manager. You will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for the following:
1. Company policies and procedures
2. Accuracy of Company documentation
3. Reconciliation and banking of all store revenues
4. Trading Standards compliance checks
5. Store e-mail system usage
6. Production of Point Of Sale/ price indicators
7. Booking on of incoming/outgoing stock
8. Processing of damaged (demics) stock
9. Issuing and inputting stock inventory counts
10. Issuing and inputting inter-store transfers
11. Ensuring store compliance with Company deadlines
12. Processing customer orders
13. New starter induction
14. New starter reference checks
15. Payroll procedures
16. Adherence to cash office procedures.
