With a reputation for excellence and consistently strong directory rankings, the practice advises a diverse client base ranging from major corporates to innovative start ups. This role offers the opportunity to lead on a varied caseload of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters. Work will include tribunal advocacy, drafting documentation, advising on restructures, TUPE transfers, and supporting clients on complex HR projects. You will also provide timely advice on everyday employment issues such as contracts, policies, disciplinaries, grievances, and data protection. We are seeking an experienced solicitor with strong technical expertise, proven advocacy skills, and the ability to manage complex claims involving discrimination, equal pay, and whistleblowing. Commercial curiosity, excellent communication, and enthusiasm for business development are essential.
