This Alternative Provision in Gateshead supports pupils who need a different approach to succeed. Creativity and flexibility are key here.
You’ll be:
• Teaching small nurture groups
• Re-engaging pupils with learning
• Designing creative, practical lessons
• Supporting reintegration where appropriate
• Building trust through consistency
ECTs get strong mentoring. Mainstream teachers gain fresh perspective.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
